2 Lines Passing Drill

Required: 1 Basketball, 2 players
Instructions:

Have the players form two lines. One line starting on the left block with the ball and the other line starting on the left sideline.

Both lines will be facing each other and the players will throw chest passes back and forth to one another as they run down the court.

Once they get to the end of the court the last player to catch should dribble in for a layup. Then, the two players can repeat the drill coming back down the other side of the court.

Variations

 
  • Players can throw bounce passes or alternate the type of pass.
