Individual Taps Rebounding Drill

Required: 1 Basketball
Instructions:
The player starts the drill underneath the back board on the right side. The ball should be in the right hand. The player throws the ball off the backboard and continuously tips the ball off the backboard with the right hand.
Continue the drill for 20 tips and on the 21st tip try to make it in the basket.
The drill can be repeated on the left side of the hoop with the left hand.

| Keys to the Drill |
- The purpose of the drill is to work on jumping ability, hand and eye coordination and tipping the ball.
- Concentrate on controlling the ball when tipped in order for the ball not to go everywhere and disrupt the drill.
