Instructions:

Player starts at right elbow with the ball.

The drill starts when the player shoots the ball. After taking the shot, the player goes and retrieves the ball and tosses the ball to the left elbow.

The player runs out to the left elbow and grabs the ball facing up to the basket, turning on their left foot (inside foot) and squaring up with their right foot. The player shoots another jumper with their left foot as the pivot foot.

The drill continues with the player following the shot and retrieving the ball. The player tosses the ball out to the right elbow and grabs the ball facing up to the basket, turning on their right foot (inside foot) and squaring up with their left foot. The player shoots another jumper with their right foot as a pivot foot.

The drill continues on in this fashion alternating between the left and right elbows for 30 seconds or 8 trips.
