I kinda wish he had made it. No way he gets through clean... the final 9.5 feet would have been equally entertaining.

Jamie...

I am going to have to question your basketball IQ here.

I think during a basketball game only one ball needs to go through the hoop in order to score two points from with in the three-point arc. Here he is definitely within that parameter, although he could have been shooting a free throw where it would actually be one point. I don't think the ball actually went THROUGH the hoop before the hoop collapsed so I am going to have to say this is the absolute worst brick ever. His shot was such a hard brick that the hoop collapsed! How embarrassing. Now on to the real question...what was this kid thinking? Was he trying to get both feet in and like just fall through the hoop as if he was some Chinese youth circus act? Ridiculous! And who is the jerkface pleased with the result saying "Dude, that was sick!" Really?

By the way...doesn't that rim seem like it's set at 12 feet? Kids really need to be working on their mid-range game nowadays instead of doing such acts of tomfoolery.

I did the same thing in a high school game. Hit my face on the shot clock above the backboard. Pretty standard.
