Whether you are a big man who plays in the post or the point guard on your team, being able to handle the ball is one of the most important fundamentals to any offensive player’s skill-set. Good ball handlers are able to add an extra dimension to their game and being able to handle the rock with ease enables them to create opportunities not only for themselves but their team.

Today, we are releasing the fundamentals of dribbling a basketball, along with 3 drill articles to help you improve on your ball-handling skills. Everything we teach you regarding dribbling keeps the core fundamentals (strong wrists, fingertips, forearms, and keeping your head up while dribbling) of being a good ballhandler as the focus. As always all of our drills and articles are NBA coach certified, so you know you are getting the right drills for you and your team at the appropriate skill level.
